Jamie Foxx announces 'Wanda' movie plans

PopGoesTheNews.com >> Jamie Foxx said this morning that he is bringing one of his favourite characters from In Living Color to the big screen.

The actor, who was attending the launch event for LG Life's Good Film Festival, announced that he will get into drag as Wanda, a character he made famous on the '90s comedy series. He will team up with Martin Lawrence, who will play his female alter ego Sheneneh.

Production of Wanda and Sheneneh Rob A Motherf--king Bank is set to begin in January with an expected release later in the year.

Foxx had created a trailer for a flick called Skank Robbers that aired on the 2009 BET Awards and was buoyed by the response.

While at the LG event, Foxx encouraged people to capture their visions on cameras and submit short HD films to the Life's Good FilmFest, which has a grand prize of $100,000.
