PopGoesTheNews.com >> Is Lady Gaga's busy schedule taking a toll on her? The pop star received medical attention this afternoon just hours before kicking off the Canadian leg of her tour in Kitchener, Ont.An ambulance with a three-person Region of Waterloo EMS team showed up at the Elements nightclub minutes before Lady Gaga arrived in a black SUV. Security personnel, apparently concerned about the optics of paramedics boarding her tour bus (which was parked outside the club) rushed the singer past a group of fans and into the venue -- with the medics in tow (pictured).
It is not known why 23-year-old Lady Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, needed medical attention. The ambulance left the scene without the singer after less than 10 minutes.
Lady Gaga, whose hits include "Poker Face" and "Just Dance," is scheduled to perform at Tila Tequila in Ottawa on Friday and at Montreal's Metropolis on Saturday. She follows with several U.S. dates before hitting Moscow in late April and New Zealand and Australia in May.
